How do I import a document?

Tap the + in your library and pick any PDF, EPUB, or text file from Files or iCloud Drive. Murmura keeps your originals private — they live only on your device and your iCloud.

Why does narration take a moment to start?

Each block is generated and aligned on first play, then cached locally. Subsequent listens are instant.

How do I cancel Murmura Pro Lifetime?

Lifetime is a one-time purchase — there's nothing to cancel. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where is my data stored?

Documents stay on your device and your private iCloud. Generated audio is cached locally. The narration service receives only the text needed for each playback request, and it is never persisted on our servers. See Privacy Policy for details.
