Murmura ("the Service") is operated by Datachain Consulting Pty Ltd. By using Murmura you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Murmura turns documents you provide into narrated audio. It is a tool for your personal use with documents you have a right to read.

2. You own your content

You retain all rights to the documents you import. We do not claim ownership and do not train AI models on your documents.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Import documents you do not have the legal right to read.
• Use Murmura to redistribute, broadcast, or commercialize narration of copyrighted material without separately licensing the underlying voice rights from Microsoft.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the narration service.
• Attempt to extract the underlying neural voice models.

4. Subscriptions

Premium features ("Murmura Pro") are offered via Apple In-App Purchase as auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refund requests go through Apple.

5. Intellectual property

The Murmura name, logo, and software are owned by Datachain Consulting Pty Ltd. The Azure Neural voices are licensed from Microsoft under their acceptable use terms.

6. Disclaimer

Murmura is provided "as is". We make no warranty that narration will be perfectly accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datachain's total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
